Vehicle Theft

We provide a proactive and reactive response to these thefts, helping you first protect your asset and if your asset is stolen, we will do our very best to locate it, using our in-house mapping of hot and cooling spots, our computer specialists, investigators who will attend the scene, conduct interviews and gather all relevant information, as well as check all known cooling spots. Our vehicle crimes investigators will work with LEA to recover the vehicle and will assess the methods of theft and will verify the vehicle ID (VIN). Furthermore, we will make sure the LEA has properly documented the vehicle on CPIC.

At NCVO we have developed hotspot mapping and can initiate a team response to the investigation of collisions and theft which occurred during peak collision times and in hot spots known as areas where staged collisions occur. Our team of seasoned investigators will perform a circumstantial investigation, OSINT and a forensic investigation of the vehicles involved, capturing both the 15 second pre-collision data and any infotainment information available.
